WILLS & TRUST
Our Estate Department provides a wide variety of services from legal drafting to estate administration. We prepare wills, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives, more commonly known as living wills. We can help ensure your intentions are brought to fruition.

CIVIL LITIGATION
The Litigation Department stands ready to provide you with excellent representation in a wide range of legal matters. We will zealously pursue your interests to find as favorable a resolution to your legal issue as possible.
We also provide business organization legal services, and can help you through the process of forming or organizing a corporation, partnership, or LLC.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Our firm handles a variety of Estate Planning and Probate services for clients in New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties in Delaware.
We can help you with estate administration, which may include probate and non-probate estates. In Delaware you must open a Probate Estate at the Register of Wills if there are solely owned assets totalling over $30,000, or if there is any solely owned real estate.
We will help you plan for the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death, with all appropriate filings, taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property and trusts. We also draft Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives taking into account the latest legal developments and new regulations. We can also handle all guardianship issues relating to your estate planning.
